With a fellow High Achiever as your holistisch coach, you will 1) learn what drives you to achieve, 2) develop self-compassion, 3) reconnect with your feelings, and 4) process your emotional difficulties. Over time, through practice and experience, you can expect to feel more relaxed and joyful, and develop a better sense of what you want in life.
As a High Achiever myself, I have worked together with many talented experts across the globe, both in the industry and academia. Through practicing mindfulness, I have become aware of the suffering that underlies the climbing of corporate and academic ladders. With more than a decade of mindfulness training, my experiences have led me to pursue what I most long for: to help fellow High Achievers through life coaching.
When we feel empty or stuck, what we most long for is to feel better again. But we may have little idea how to get there. The result is that we feel lost and confused. At such times, a guide is invaluable.

We tend to identify ourselves as abnormal when we are stuck, which causes feelings of loneliness. But the opposite is true. You are not alone. Pain and difficulty are intrinsic to the life of a High Achiever. In today's society, the pursuit of success reflects emotional distress that is shared by many. Recognizing that you are not alone opens the gates to connection and freedom.
